Web-based M&E System
The Web-based Monitoring and Evaluation System (M&E System) is a secured online platform that covers monitoring implementation and tracking progress towards results of the AADMER Work Programme 2021-2025. The system is developed to ease the monitoring processes' conduct and provide real-time monitoring data informing and guiding the AADMER Work Programme implementation to benefit the ASEAN Member States, ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM), ASEAN Secretariat, the AHA Centre, and partners of ASEAN.
The M&E System has three key sub-systems and web pages: the public page, the ACDM Internal Dashboard, and the ACDM Internal Tracking.
About Public Page
The public page of the M&E System (www.mneawp.asean.org) enables curated and verified information of the AADMER Work Programme (AWP) 2021-2025 implementation and results accessible by the public. In addition, it provides an overview of the ASEAN works on disaster management, verified information on monitoring and evaluation of the AWP 2021-2025, curated media of AWP 2021-2025, including publications, gallery, and news, as well as dashboard showcasing inter-linkages of AWP 2021-2025 with other strategic processes.

About ACDM Internal Dashboard
ACDM Internal Dashboard (www.mneawp.asean.org/ACDM-dashboard) provides more significant features, dashboards, and more detailed information on the implementation and progress of the AADMER Work Programme (AWP) 2021-2025 for the ACDM members (ASEAN Member States), ASEAN Secretariat, and the AHA Centre. For instance, it provides greater detail regarding resource monitoring for the AWP 2021-2025, the ADMER Fund, and strategic workplan, such as the ASEAN-UN Joint Plan of Action for Disaster Management.
From the ACDM Internal Dashboard, the Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA) Division of the ASEAN Secretariat manage the overall M&E System, content management, and portal management.

About ACDM Internal Tracking
The ACDM Internal Tracking (www.mneawp-internal.asean.org) is a secured function within the M&E System to log in detailed data and information of the implementation of AADMER Work Programme 2021-2025 activities, projects, programs, and outputs. Through the ACDM Internal Tracking, the ASEAN Secretariat DMHA, and AHA Centre track and report activities, projects, programs, and outputs for validation by ACDM members / ASEAN Member States.
